Set Up is 5:30 - 7:30 on Friday, March 6th, Doors open at 7 a.m. Saturday to finish setting up.
Doors for the public open at 9:00 on Saturday, until 4:00 and open 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, until 3:00 p.m.

You must be at in your space and setup before 9:00 am Saturday March 7th. You must be there both days, DO NOT begin packing up until after 3:00 on Sunday.

WE DO NOT HAVE CHAIRS, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.

Once you have unloaded your car or truck you must move it to the front of the school.

Exhibitors agree to comply with all the rules and regulations as promulgated by the Home & Craft Show organizers, their agents and assigns and agrees to hold harmless such organizers, agents and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or other charges related to exhibit's participation in the Show. Exhibitors understand and agrees that it is solely liable for any and all claims arising from damage, theft, personal injury, etc, that might result from this participation in this event.

ALL KING GEORGE COUNTY SCHOOL RULES WILL APPLY.

Failure to follow the school rules or rules as set forth by the event planners will resultin the exhibitor and/or its agents being removed from the event.
